Four issues of Viewpoint were published in 2009. Subjects highlighted were homeless youth, nurse/practitioners, Aboriginal health initiatives and depression. CPC Ontario Division's statements on mental health, rural housing, drug strategy and pensions were also included plus commentaries, book and film reviews, publications of note and dates to remember.

The Board approved a change in dates of publication to March, June, September, and December which will spread the workload more evenly. This schedule will take effect in 2010.

The indices within subjects on the website are now arranged in chronological order with the latest date first. The Government Briefs button was removed since all the items are under subjects. Postings to the News Sheet are only included if there is at least four weeks notice. Compliments have been received on the look of the website and the ease of use. Such comments are passed on to the web master, Ron McKee.
